Kathleen Bridget Murphy is an Actress, Voice over artist & Writer from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Kathleen trained at the 'International School of Screen Acting' in East London, situated in the iconic Three Mills FIlm & TV Studios. She also trained at the world renowned 'Margie Haber' studios in Los Angeles, having received a scholarship to study at the Studio in 2014.
Kathleen's screen credits include the Docu drama 'IRELAND'S COUNTESS' directed by Ana Conlon where Kathleen played 'Countess Markievicz', as well as a role in 'THE FRANKENSTEIN CHRONICLES' for ITV Encore. She also played the lead role in short films “THE PIGMAN” directed by Rik Gordon, “SUMMIT” directed by Gerard Donnelly and “FOUR WALLS” by Eileen Tracey.
Theatre credits include 'Marti' in Laughter Shed Theatre Company's staging of “DEATH OF A COMEDIAN” directed by Victoria Armstrong, 'Mags' in Monmouth Theatre Group's production of “ROULETTE” and 'Helena' in “A SHAKESPEARE MONOLOGUE SLAM”. Kathleen has also played multiple roles in a showcase with Bruiser Theatre Company directed by Lisa May. She recently performed with Accidental Theatre in Belfast as part of their 'From Elsewhere' series as 'Abir' in a rehearsed reading of Mona Mansour's 'THE HOUR OF FEELING'.
